For many small companies, it is not feasible to have a full time HR professional on staff. That is where we come in. We set it all up for you; even train a staff member in the functions. When we leave you are all set. If there are questions that arise later, we are always available to assist on a consulting basis.

The HR policy and procedure manual we prepare for you covers the requirements of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission guidelines, Fair Labor Standards Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, Title VII (discrimination and harassment, including sexual harassment) and any other employment law requirements relating to your company, depending on your employee population and/or federal contractor status.

We can also prepare a written Affirmative Action Plan for federal contractors.
